Garrett is a seasoned real estate attorney with 20 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate. Garrett’s practice has focused on real estate transactions, commercial leasing (representing landlords, major national tenants, and business owners), and real estate finance and secured lending (representing national banks, private lenders and borrowers). In addition to his commercially focused practice, Garrett supported his prior firm’s private client services group in guiding client’s purchases and sales, ownership issues, investments and trust and estate related transfers of residential and commercial real property.
